KIRCHHOFF Poland is one of the most active foreign investors in the Mielec SEZ. It is a well-known plant in Mielec producing metal and hybrid assemblies for car bodies and chassis. The production methods used here include sheet metal and aluminium forming, cnc surface treatment, pre-assembly and assembly, welding. The plant in Mielec also specialises in the production of tools.
Almost all of the world's vehicle manufacturers are Kirchhoff customers. Kirchhoff supplies customers with single parts and complex complete assemblies. The products are made of steel as well as aluminum.
- Products for passenger cars: vehicle suspension frames, bumpers, cockpit cross members, stringers and other chassis parts, car body assemblies;
- Commercial vehicle products: axle housings, lower engine guards, additional undercarriage bumpers, cabin structures and fuel tank supports.
Kirchoff Poland uses CNC machines for machining aluminium and composites - FANUM 3 axis CNC machining center Trio SP - customized for CNC milling of aluminium profiles.
Trio SP is equipped with an innovative control system designed to work with Smart Factory systems in the INDUSTRY 4.0 technology. It allows to connect the machine tool with an automatic loading and unloading system, as well as remote diagnostics and management of the machine service.
