Tool magazine linear (bar) for CNC machines
It works with spindles with automatic tool change of CNC milling machines
Inline Tool Magazine (ATC) intended for additional cnc tools, typically mounted on a cnc milling machine table at the edge. It can also be mounted on the gate column or suspended from the crossbar of the cnc milling machine. Works with spindles equipped with automatic tool change (ISO, HSK). It is equipped with a dust cover and nozzles that clean the mounting cones with compressed air. The linear cnc tool magazine is used as an additional tool in a situation where p cnc machining requires the use of more tools, or when the tools have larger dimensions. It has from several to several dozen sockets for CNC tool holders. The maximum capacity of the linear magazine (number of cnc tool holders) depends on the model of the cnc milling machine and its dimensions as well as the type and number of operations performed during cnc machining. Due to the method of mounting the magazine, the following are available:
- Linear tool magazine - mounted on the gate column of the cnc milling machine
- Linear tool magazine - mounted on the beam (suspended) of the cnc milling machine
- Linear tool magazine - mounted between the machine columns (large-format cnc gantry milling machines), 16 tool sockets, automatically extended into the work area of the cnc milling machine
- Linear tool magazine - mounted on the edge of the cnc milling machine table
