Small and extremely economical in operation, the industrial head for printing and marking elements (inkjet printer) is able to print on various elements during CNC processing. The head is equipped with a printing unit with electromagnetic control of the valves of the ink nozzles. Printing made in ink-jet technology allows this printer to write on various types and shapes.
Purpose and functions of the marking head
The non-contact printing technique allows to eliminate bending of the surfaces on which the prints are applied. Full automation of the printing process. Possibility of printing all types of data sent in real time - e.g. date, expiry date, item weight given by an automatic scale, data from a bar code reader, data from user database systems. The CNC operator controls the printer by making a simple selection from the commands visible on the display. Conditions requiring operator intervention are additionally signaled acoustically and optically. The splash-proof stainless steel INOX casing and the membrane keyboard of the controller ensure resistance to water and all solvents found in the real working environment. The illuminated, large display shows the text exactly as on the printout.

The substrate is a big challenge for any printer. Printing on metal requires a different ink than printing on wood or concrete; dark substrates require light, pigmented inks; extremely smooth surfaces require quick-drying and adhesive properties. All heads are adapted to multi-color dye and pigment inks, while each head in the system can work with only one type of ink.
Greater print height
Increased legibility of the print on large-size products, so that the markings can be read even from a distance, is possible thanks to the combination of printouts of several heads into one tall print. For example, two heads allow you to obtain signs as high as 232 mm.
Additional accessories
Possibility to connect additional external accessories, e.g. a photo detector, shaftencoder, status indicator, transporter STOP, output of internal control signals or input of external signals. Due to the multitude
different configurations of the printer and printing systems, the equipment depends on the specific application of the user.
