Efficient machining of chemically aggressive materials
The TRIO VT machining center is dedicated to the machining of moulds and models as well as other solid components made from chemically aggressive materials such as hardened plaster. It is also used in the efficient processing of composites, plastics and light metals and wood-based materials such as MDF and plywood. Appropriate rigidity of the machine is provided by a compact, deep ribbed structure made of steel with a large cross section. Specialized high-performance liquid-cooled spindles guarantee fast and efficient work. The machine can be equipped with an automatic slat exchanger and external scraper conveyors.

The tightly closed, dust-free working space and sturdy machine table in the form of solid beams provide excellent conditions for efficient work with dusty materials.
