5 Axis CNC Machining Center
The Sigma Fast machining center has 6 interpolated axes. It is designed especially for the needs of mass production of elements made of wood and wood-based materials mounted on templates. The innovative approach to CNC machine design has resulted in a compact design that can be used to machine parts of chairs, tables, stairs and even 3-dimensional models. Two independent tables allow continuous operation without stoppages when mounting/removing workpieces.
- Machining head with compact constructure and two electro-spindles, allows to perform many complex machining operations and effective machining of components with complicated shapes.
- Two specially designed, independent working tables,have properly secured motion system and wires. This guarantees the best possible protection for the most important machine parts and ensures trouble-free operation for years.
- To guarantee comprehensive machining of the workpiece, the machine can be equipped with a drilling unit working on the independent Z axis or pneumatically lowered into the working area.
- The machine's gantry system guarantees perfect rigidity and the ability to process 3D components from even five sides at one mounting!
The design of this CNC machine perfectly combines technical features that guarantee reliability, high efficiency and technological usability.
If the machine is used to perform specific, often repetitive technological operations (drilling, cutting, milling), SIGMA FAST can be equipped with special components, such as e.g. multi-spindle drilling heads.
