Our specialized Trio VT 3 axis CNC machining center is perfect for difficult bathroom equipment production: sinks, suspended bowls, toilet bowls, bidets, ceramic shower trays and bath tubs. The 3-axis CNC is dedicated to machining molds and models as well as other solid elements from chemically aggressive, corrosive and dusty materials such as hardened gypsum, isostatic graphite. Machining these and similar materials (composite, electrically insulating, acrylic) is not a problem, because Trio VT has a closed, dustproof working space. And in addition, all the moving parts of the machine are located above the working area and secured with bellows shields, protecting components against premature use. Naturally, besidesaggressive materials, Trio VT will process plastics and soft metals as well as wood-based materials such as MDF, OSB, HPL and plywood.
